Amidst an organizational revamp, L5 expertly migrated the firm’s extensive project plans from spreadsheets to the ClickUp platform. L5 created project templates, built views for resource management and workload management; and dashboards for time and status reporting. This migration allowed the predominantly remote workforce to quickly learn and adopt the new operational approach as part of the organizational refresh. The PMO and various teams embraced the platform, leading to improved communication and collaboration throughout the firm.
